Takedown / DMCA / CMA
If the Intellectual Property ('IP') holder requests a valid takedown complaint, we take down that material and apply a strike. If a user gets two strikes in 60 days, the account will be terminated. We do our best to quickly remove IP once it's reported.
Although we are based outside U.S. and Canada and not governed by U.S. or Canadian law, we have adopted and implemented universal policies in an effort to voluntarily comply with anti-infringement laws such as the DMCA or the CMA.
